The pâté sandwich is the BEST.
I found mine rich, buttery, and popping with savory flavors all around. (The jalapeños and cilantro always end up making my most of all.)
We have a great many terrific banh mi places here at home in Oklahoma City, yes, but it brought me great joy to find a wonderful banh mi place such as this one in my travels to Middle Tennessee.
Delicious.
Reasonably priced.
Served with a smile. -

Heaven, that is how I described my Bahn Mi, spring roll and Thai tea. The flavor of the meat was perfect, not too spicy, and the roll was just crisp enough on the outside with a soft center. I heard they are going to do a brick and mortar location, can't wait! We will be regulars.

Stopped by at Live on the Green, so happy I did. I ordered the Bahn Mi with pâté and bbq pork and a thai tea. Everything that was supposed to be warm, was warm. Everything that was supposed to be cold, was cold. It came out super fast, so I didn't have to wait and drool very long before taking a bite. I missed the jalapeños that are usually stuffed inside, probably to not scare anyone away. I was interested by the addition of salami, something I don't think I have ever seen before. The tea was watered down for my taste, but the sandwich was a real star. I ate every last bite. $17 with tip and just a HUGE sandwich. Could absolutely split for two people. Will stop by again when I get a hankering!

Stumbled upon Banh Mi & Roll Factory at Centennial Park, amongst a whole lotta other trucks, and glad I picked this one . Loved the BIG yellow truck, but more importantly the banh mi pork sandwich was the perfect blend of sweet and spicy, chewy and crisp, light yet very filling. Great choice.

I went to Food Truck Thursday's in Downtown Nashville and had trouble finding good vegetarian options although there were many food trucks. Thankfully I came across the Banh Mi food truck and got the Banh Mi Tofu. It was the best sub sandwich I've ever had in my life. So filling and full of flavor. 10/10 will try AGAIN! The Soda Chanh was really good too. I love a strong soda.
